Marguerit Consult A/S is owned and founded by Steen Lehrmann, who has roughly 30 years of experience with investments in Germany and Denmark. Since 2001, he has worked exclusively with investment projects in Germany, primarily for Danish investors. Over the years, he has arranged property deals for DKK 3.5 billion distributed over most of Germany, but with the lion’s share in Berlin.
Since the recession the market and its opportunities have changed remarkably. Funding is harder to obtain and it requires good relationships to create opportunities. In addition, there are now stricter requirements from the EU for bank loans. Steen Lehrmann’s wide network and experience means that he can still bring partners together for successful business.
Steen Lehrmann also has experience in the insurance sector, and has qualified as a licensed insurance agent. From 1996 to 2000 he was the key person when Germany’s largest insurance company, Hamburg-Mannheimer, now ERGO-Lebensversicherung, established itself in Denmark. Was involved in the negotiations with the Financial Supervisory Authority regarding the composition of the insurance products, development of the training concept for the sales organization and the daily management of his own sales organization.
Steen Lehrmann spent the first part of his career as an independent VW Audi dealer.
